Therese Bugnet is hardy to the coldest zone roses can be grown in: 3. Yet it is uniquely lovely enough to be assured a place in my Zone 8 garden. It is truly a healthy, handsome plant in all seasons with its soft pink fluffy blooms, dark red canes and silky foliage (which does not recall its rugosa lineaage). It very nearly thornless,has wonderful fragrance and great rebloom.
