Description
I must admit I am a fan of many of the Hybrid Teas with the largest blooms. President Herbert Hoover produces outrageously fragrant, huge blooms of softly colorful shadings . A rose definitely deserving of its fame. Tall, vigorous, and wonderful in every way.
