Showy Pavement
This is another in the prolific and now hard to find ‘Pavement’ series of Rugosa Hybrids. Hardy to Z3. 3-5′ tall and as wide. Beautiful large blooms that vary from deep pink to mauve. Not sure yet of the amount of fragrance or rebloom or of the hip production. We are looking forward to growing this rose and so are basing our data on research, rather than our own experience, until then. Virtually all Rugosas are known for drought tolerance and disease resistance. Most have gorgeous hips and most have a heavy clove fragrance.
