Plants in this crop, though ready for shipping, haven’t bloomed, so the identity of this rose is not yet verified.
Should the identity turn out to be incorrect on an unverified rose, our policy is to refund the price of the rose or replace the plant, at no charge for the rose, when we do have verified plants. However, we cannot refund shipping or handling on unverified roses. And shipping and handling will be charged when replacing unverified roses.
We hope that this policy will allow our customers to receive their roses as soon as possible while also helping us meet the expense of keeping so many varieties of rare species, antique, and exceptional modern roses available.
