Description
Like so many outstanding climbers, Cl. Hadley was introduced early in the last century. The rose is notable for its large, very fragrant dark red blooms. (Our photo does not do it justice.) It does best with shade in the warmest part of the day in hot summer areas. The blooms show best overhead where they fill the air with fragrance and droop down at the viewer. This is a rose for romance and romantics!
Introduced in 1927.
