Description
Distant Drums is difficult to propagate from cuttings, but makes a strong, healthy plant with most unusually colored blooms of rich fragrance. Blooms when fully open recall lotus blossoms, often with dusky purple lower petals and buff, or parchment, upper petals. Very unique and beautiful, one of Griffith Buck’s best roses.
Introduced in 1985.
