Description
The question has been raised as to whether this rose is actually another Bourbon, Philemon Cochet. We are just starting to grow this little known Bourbon and can only say that we are impressed with its voluptous, very fragrant, rose colored blooms and their lovely globular form. We understand that it climbs in the style of Mme. Isaac Pereire.
