Description
Cocktail is classed as a shrub, but we grow it as a climber on an arch. It is much in demand from visitors to our gardens. Its ruffled bright red single blooms with a yellow eye bring abundant cheerfulness to its spot in the garden. Healthy with very frequent rebloom. Hardy to Zone 5, maybe lower.
