Our Guarantee

We guarantee our roses to be healthy, accurately labeled, and ready to grow.

Please follow the instructions below in order to claim a replacement or refund under our guarantee. Contacting us immediately about a concern is critical.

1. If your order arrived on time and you believe that your rose(s) is/are not healthy, accurately labeled and/or ready to grow, please leave the rose(s) in the original pot/container and keep the soil moist. Contact us by email at info@roguevalleyroses.com within one day of receiving your order and include your order number with photos of the rose(s) standing individually so that the complete plant can be seen closeup and top to bottom.
2. If your order has been lost or your rose(s) has/have sustained damage from a late delivery or from careless handling, please contact us immediately at info@roguevalleyroses.com or by phone at (541) 535-1307. DO NOT file a claim with UPS.

We do not guarantee roses that have been removed from their original pot/container and we do not guarantee free roses.

NOTE: “Ready to grow” applies to planting within a correctly prepared garden or into a somewhat larger (1-3 gallon) plastic pot during temperate climatic conditions. See the planting directions included in the box with your delivery for more information.
